Welcome to RRToto ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", or "you") and RRToto governing your access to and use of the RRToto website located at rrtoto.asia and all associated gaming services, mobile-optimised interfaces, promotional programmes, and customer support channels.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through RRToto, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any existing account. RRToto reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active account on the RRToto Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. RRToto enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy for all gaming activities.
• You are registering and accessing the Platform as an individual in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are acting as principal and not as agent for any other person in respect of any wager placed on the Platform.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, or in which accessing the Platform is otherwise unlawful.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or associate of RRToto, nor a close family member of any such person, unless you have received prior written exemption.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by RRToto for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period currently active on the Platform.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in your name. RRToto is not responsible for any service disruptions or loss of access resulting from your provision of inaccurate registration details.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. RRToto will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and in certain circumstances during the account lifecycle, RRToto requires players to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Acceptable KYC documents for Malaysian players include a valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), valid passport, or driver's licence, accompanied by proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the previous three months). Selfie verification holding your ID document may also be required.

RRToto accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency channels including BTC and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in the name of the RRToto account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• RRToto does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment service provider or bank may apply their own fees independently.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the Platform. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit has been made in error.
• RRToto reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed risk-based thresholds as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time via the Wallet section of their account, subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the player's own name. RRToto will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. The maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and are displayed within the player's account dashboard.
• RRToto targets a processing time of 5–30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers. Bank transfers via FPX or direct online banking may require up to 2 business hours during standard processing periods.
• RRToto reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk or AML thresholds, which may temporarily delay processing pending the outcome of such review.

RRToto offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Unless specified otherwise, real-money funds are wagered first before bonus funds are utilised.
• All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) applicable to each promotion is displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time of claiming.
• During any period in which bonus funds are active, the maximum bet per spin or round for slot games is RM25, and for table games is RM50, unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion terms. Exceeding these limits may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, etc.) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus offers have a validity period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting, as specified per promotion. Bonuses not activated or wagered within the validity window are automatically forfeited.
• RRToto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at its sole discretion and without prior notice, provided that any player who has already accepted an offer in good faith will not be retrospectively disadvantaged by such cancellation.
• Any suspicion of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of system errors — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

All bets placed through the RRToto Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any wager prior to confirmation. The following general betting rules apply across all product categories:

• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a disputed outcome, RRToto's ruling based on the official result is final. Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets require all selected outcomes to be correct for the bet to win; any void selection within a parlay reduces the parlay by one leg and recalculates the odds accordingly.
• Live (In-Play) Betting: Live betting markets may be suspended or cancelled at RRToto's discretion due to technical issues, data feed delays, or integrity concerns. Any bets accepted during a data feed disruption may be void at RRToto's discretion.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published RTP percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session results. No manipulation, exploitation, or circumvention of game mechanics is permitted.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market and are displayed within each game interface or betting market at the time of placing a wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that results in an incorrect payout or display of incorrect odds, RRToto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake. This applies equally to in-play and pre-match markets.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the RRToto Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Creating more than one player account, or creating an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Employing automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological aids not expressly permitted by RRToto to place wagers or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game or sporting event outcomes.
• Conducting arbitrage or matched betting using RRToto promotional funds in a manner designed to extract guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at RRToto staff, agents, or other players via any communication channel.

RRToto is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among our player base. We recognise that, for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we have established the following tools and policies to assist:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Players may set loss limits over defined time periods. These limits prevent wagering beyond the specified loss threshold within the selected window.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based notifications to remind them of the duration of active gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion via our customer support team. A temporary exclusion of 30, 90, or 180 days, or a permanent exclusion, can be applied. During any self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new account may be created.
• Reality Check: Players may request a summary of their betting activity, including net position and time spent, at any time through customer support.

RRToto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Receipt of a request from a competent regulatory, law enforcement, or judicial authority.
• Technical, security, or integrity concerns that necessitate immediate protective action.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any balance held in that account at the time of termination — including real-money and bonus balances — may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach. RRToto will not be liable to provide compensation for any such forfeited funds where the termination was caused by the player's own breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment account, subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal conditions set out in Clause 6.

All content on the RRToto Platform — including but not limited to software code, game engines, graphics, logos, brand names, user interface designs, written content, database compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of RRToto or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's content without RRToto's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of RRToto's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Malaysian law and international intellectual property frameworks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RRToto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, statutory duty, or otherwise, even if RRToto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

RRToto does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond RRToto's reasonable control — including but not limited to internet service outages, regulatory directives, or force majeure events — may result in temporary Platform unavailability. RRToto will not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.

RRToto reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter the rights or obligations of either party — RRToto will endeavour to provide players with at least 7 days' advance notice via a platform notification, email to the registered account address, or a prominent notice on the homepage of the website.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing clauses, or updates required to comply with applicable regulatory changes, may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Clause 11.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant competent jurisdiction.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their place of residence. RRToto makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are lawful or available in all jurisdictions.

In the event of any discrepancy between the English-language version of these Terms and any translation, the English-language version shall prevail.
